What is the re-action? A little, two-by-four country that doesn’t smoke dope has taken control of their country. Moreover, it is said that they intend to arm the Chinese with modern fighting equipment and send them across the Pacific to “take America.” It is also said that they are now sending their best dope to America as the advance guard.
 The dope technicians of the world held a convention in Paris a short time ago and they broadcast the information that China led the world in the use of dope and that America came second in the race.
 That is nothing to brag about; and if Americans ever lead the world as dope smokers, those little, brown men from that two-by-four courtry will have little trouble in taking charge of this country as keepers.
 People, if you want to be strong you must not follow in the foot-steps of the gold worshippers who have control of this country now. They are weaklings, but they claim that their money will buy any man or woman with brains.
 The American people still have some power left. They can go to the polls and vote yet. But they are being educated by the touts of the financiers to blame the politicians for taking from them, in taxes, everything they earn.
 The financiers get the largest part of the taxes for back interest, but they want the people to hate the politicians so that the people will be glad to have them turned out and a financial dictator put in. That, of course, would end the American form ot government and the right of the people to vote. It would also end the freedom of press, freedom of religion, freedom of assembly, freedom of speech and every known freedom of act that the people of America have enjoyed during the past.
 The American people have no property that cannot be taken away from them. They now owe three hundred billion dollars to the financiers with interest.
 Did you ever go into a gambler’s joint with your pockets full of money? You play their game and they empty your pockets of the money. Then the gambler says, “You can win this money back again, as we will take your I.O.U. on credit. We will trust you for awhile.”
 You think that you will win your money back again, but instead you lose your I.O.U. So the gambler took everything you had in your pockets and signed you up to an I.O.U. for future delivery as you might be able to earn it.
 Well, that is exactly what the financiers are doing to the American people. They took three-quarters of their property and then said, “We will take your I.O.U. for future payment. You may go to work, earn as much as you can and pay us the interest on it.”
 So they have taken your I.O.U. for three hundred billion dollars. You pay them twenty billion dollars every year in interest because you can never pay the I.O.U.
 It makes no difference how much or how little money or property you have today, the financiers can take it away from you by forcing you to pay back interest on the American
