not get what rightfully belongs to them while they have the power to do it, then it is their own fault, not the politicians. The financiers are making goats out of the politicians. They use them and then double-cross them just as they double-cross everybody even to their own hired touts.
I am the only man with any influence in America that dares tell the people what is actually wrong in this country. If any one else talked as I do the financiers would have him ostracized. But the financiers are afraid of Lawson. They say, “That fellow is like a porcupine. If you go too near him something happens to you.” So, they keep their distance from me although some of them would like to see something happen to the Commander-in-Chief of the Direct Credits Society. You permitted them to take from you all of your property and everything you have earned and squander it with their half-witted relatives. You have gotten them to think that they have an inalienable right to force you to give them all of your earnings without them giving you anything in return whatsoever. You have acknowledged that you ought to be whipped and have furnished them with the whip for the purpose.
So, there are now three financial houses in America that control all political parties. One of these three houses control three separate parties — a major political party and two radical parties. One of the partners of that financial concern controls two radical parties himself. His son is one of the leaders of one of the radical parties and his daughter-in-law is one of the leaders of the other radical party. Can you beat that?
