 One might laugh at such boobery on the part of the people if it wasn’t for the innocent children.
 The grown-ups are responsible for upholding such a crazy system but the children had nothing to do with it. It’s cowardly to force them to stand for it.
 There is positively no hope for the people of the United States as long as they continue to take the advice of the touts of the financiers who betray them. There is no way they can learn how they are betrayed except through the Lawson Literature.
 The people’s coach, Lawson, knows these things because he spent a quarter of a century with financiers and knows their game and exactly how they intend to enslave the American people. He knows that it is the financier’s tout whom the people trust that leads the people into ambush and has them skinned alive.
 The people must first catch the touts and put them out of their organizations.
 A Tout is one who leads a victim into the trap of a swindler.
 The members of every organization should put their leaders on the spot to find out whether they are touts or not.
 They should be forced to answer the following question, yes or no:
 SHALL WE ABOLISH INTEREST?
 Never mind your slippery talk, the question is shall we Abolish Interest, YES or No?
 If they say no, then you know they stand for the financier against the people.
 They certainly do not stand for the people if they help the financiers to rob them.
 The financiers, with the aid of their touts whom the people trust as friends and advisers, have already gouged the American people out of three-fourths of their properties.
 Furthermore, they have also tied up the people to an interest bearing indebtedness of more than $300,000,000,000 (Three Hundred Billion Dollars) Federal, State, County, Municipal, Private and Public indebtedness.
 The American people are now paying interest on money and credit of more than $20,000,000,000 (Twenty Billion Dollars) annually.
 As there is no more than $4,­000,­000,­,000 (Four Billion Dollars) actually in the people’s pockets today (not counting, that laying dead in the vaults of the financiers), it can easily be figured out how the people are drained of four-fifths of their earning power by a bunch of slickers who give them nothing but abuse in return for it.
 Now, red blooded Arnericans, where are you going to stand—with the touts of the financiers who tell you it is all right to pay tribute for the use of your own money and credit and then tax you out of your homes, farms, stores, factories ard purchasing power as well as making you pay fees and dues for the privilege besides, or are you going to stand with the Direct Credits Society and Abolish Interest and Taxes altogether?
 It must be either one or the other as there is no alternative course.
