positions of all organizations and then set each fighting the other until they have all whipped themselves into a state of helplessness so that one degraded wretch sitting upon a swindler’s throne in Europe can decide the fate of every human being living upon American soil.
 Of course the deep dark plot of the Alien Financiers is to steal this whole country away from the American people—army, navy and all.
 The plot has been marked off into five parts. Three of those five parts have already been carried into effect and the fourth part is now on its way and will be executed at the psychological moment when the people have been doped by the Touts into a feeble state of lethargy and nonresistance.
 Those five parts were and are as follows.
 Part One—Take away the American people’s property including banks, factories, farms, newspaper plants, radio, railroads, boat lines, airlines, bus lines, electric lines, mines, mills, quarries, telephones, telegraphs, stores, office buildings, apartment buildings, hotels, homes and everything else that is tangible for payment of back IN­TER­EST and then sign up the people to an indebtedness that they, their children or their children’s children can never pay the INTEREST upon (ACCOMPLISHED).
 Part Two—Reduce the Laboring Class to an average purchasing power of less than one dollar per day; keep from 12,000,000 to 15,000,000 working people out of employment all of the time so they will fight like wild beasts for a job or food to eat; break their spirit so they can be easity driven into stockades (ACCOMPLISHED).
 Part Three—Revalue the Gold so that a Dollar Bill would be devalued to one-half of its purchasing power, thus forcing the people to pay twice as much for everything they buy without having doubled their wages (ACCOMPLISHED).
 So there you are, three-fifths of the plot put over and the American people still in a trance. Hypnotized by their Touts.
 There are still two parts to be put over, but the fourth part will be all that is necessary to tie the people up for good.
 Part Four is to overthrow the American Form of Government and establish in its place a Military Dictator—at first a so-called American Dictator and later, when the Amer­i­can people have been whipped into complete submission then an out and out Alien Dictator.
 You gasp. You can’t bring yourself to believe it can be done.
 Well police officers, it is being done now. It is underway. It is being accomplished so cleverly and intricately that the people do not realize what is happening. The people are actually being educated to enslave themselves and they haven’t caught on to the trick. How could they know what is going on when every Avenue of Publicity is used to trick them—when their organizations are controlled by the financier’s Touts who are selling the people out for a few bones to gnaw upon.
