 Through the interest collecting swindle the worker has to pay the financier what the factory owner is charged through interest and taxes by lower wages and also what the merchant is charged through interest and taxes by higher prices. So the worker is indirectly charged interest and taxes both ways by the financiers but never learns how it is done because the financiers control all avenues of publicity and keep him in absolute darkness.
 The people are in a pitiable condition living under such circumstances.
 Not only do the touts of the financiers force the workingmen to fight the employer who gives them jobs but they also force workingmen to fight workingmen because different gangs of financiers control their organizations.
 The financial villains make workingmen whip themselves because their light of reason is out and they fight each other in mental darkness.
 Now, people, you are hopelessly entangled within the financier’s web and you will never be able to free yourselves from it unless your light of reason is turned on for you.
 If, with your help, I can turn it on for you, then you won’t fight the manufacturer who gives you the job to earn the money to buy a home for the financier to take away from you; neither will you fight the police who are ever ready to protect your home and property; nor will you fight the politicians, merchants or farmer or fight among yourselves, but, if you are going to fight at all, then it will be against the financial villain who defrauds you of four-fifths of everything you earn.
 However, if everybody uses their light of reason and cooperates to eliminate the interest collecting swindle nobody will have to fight at all because the roots of the swindle will have been extirpated and people will then receive five-fifths of everything they earn instead of one-fifth of everything they earn as is now the case.
 We have wonderful officers all over America who are giving their time freely teaching the people true economics so that they may turn on the light of reason and go about everywhere teaching others so that in time everybody will be able to see things as they actually are and not as the financiers’ touts make them believe they are in order to defraud them.
