to do with it?
Are you going to ruin this wonderful thinking machine by poisoning it with dope and booze and adulterated foods and indecent, hateful thoughts? Better make a good resolution before God that you will take good care of that two-legged home that he has loaned you and develop it to its highest state of efficiency so that it will be capable of doing everything that it is expected to do while you are here on earth. You will never amount to much until you get enough practical experience to be able to do a big job. So if you are going to ruin your body before you get to be fifty or sixty years of age then you will not be strong enough to accomplish it and wiil have wasted your life without doing what was expected of you. So, children, build yourselves up, not tear yourselves down, and try and beat the work done by your daddies by at least a thousand years. You can do it by becoming MASTERS of Lawsonomy.

Children, in order that you may be able to overcome the many difficulties that you
will encounter in this life you must be strong and capable at all times. That little body of yours is a growing house that you must keep in order or it will cave in and crush you. It is being constructed by billions of microscopic creatures who depend upon you to give them the proper materials with which to build you up and make you strong. The materials that you furnish them with are in the food you eat, the water you drink and the air you breathe. If you furnish them with fresh foods, water and air just as nature creates it then they will get the right materials with which to build you up properly. But if you give them adulterated foods, water and air as man makes it then they will not get the right materials to build you up and your bones, muscles and organs will decay, from which you will get all sorts of aches and pains and finally collapse altogether. Nature makes food with which to build you up, but man adulterates food to make money out of you and tear you down. To understand foods thoroughly is the study of a lifetime. Everybody, however, should give some time to the study of it. A general formula that I have arranged for everyone to remember and follow is: (1) Keep as near to nature’s raw foods as possible (2) Foods must be as fresh from the soil as are obtainable, (3) Eat the whole of these foods from covering to core. (4) Mix foods as little as possible before eating them. The right places to mix foods are in the mouth, stomach and intestines. (5) Change the variety of foods as often as possible. (6) Each day the diet should contain some fruit, some nuts, some vegetables, some grains and some milk, butter and eggs. (7) Eat a little less than the appetite demands, thus keeping the digestive organs in |
