CHAPTER 6
MAN’S FIRST ORDERS
When the Supreme Creator of biological life gave orders to HIS microscopic builders of lesser density, scope and sphere, known as MENORGS, to combine their CELLULAR forces into a self-operating machine of greater density, scope and sphere, to be known as man, that would fit proportionately within the greater density, scope and sphere, of Earthly surroundings, the first order given was:HEALTH MUST COME FIRST
IN THE LIFE OF MAN.
That order was not only impressed upon the mental faculties of Alfred Lawson at the time of physical birth, but it was also made clear to his eternal soul. Furthermore those orders were followed by Alfred Lawson as closely as it was possible for one living within a world of greedy maniacs who controlled man’s food supply and embalmed it with poisonous substances and then distributed it at enormous profits to the people at large.
And Alfred Lawson has written in his ethical books that, “It is not within the power of man to cook, dilute and concentrate foods without certain sustaining elements being lost through the process.” And that loss is what causes most all of human diseases.
Health is a condition in which a living creature is kept alive and active by being clean and vigorous. Therefore the raw foods, fresh from the soil are the best foods for man to eat to secure good health.
To enjoy good health one must understand the laws that govern the movements of man and live in accordance with these laws. It is not the quantity of food one eats, but the number of useful elements taken into the cells that makes the body strong and healthy.
Each cell of a human body is a distinct formation in itself. It is a little world with a center of Suction and Pressure of its own. It contains interior currents and formations moving about within it and is populated with minute living creatures who operate the machinery within it.
There is nothing mysterious about the construction of a human being, nor the operation of the various functions of his body, but it requires a life study to know how to improve oneself through the various forces of physical, mental, moral and spiritual action as learned by a thorough study and practice of LAWSONOMY PRINCIPLES, which explain life and everything pertaining thereto.
Lawson says that he who improves his inherited weakness is stronger than he who boasts of his inherited strength.
So, all functions of man must harmonize with one another or the whole machine will be thrown out of balance and become useless.
When one fails to improve himself he becomes a victim of internal vermin that devour the different parts of his anatomy until he staggers about for awhile and finally collapses altogether.
Physical balance in man is accomplished by a combination of three fundamentals.
(1) Action. (2) Nourishment. (3) Rest.
Action creates the interior forces that draw the food into the body and distribute it to the various cells by the power of suction, and then force the used matter out of the cells and out of the entire body again by the power of pressure.
Nourishment supplies to every cell of the body the proportion of ingredients necessary for assimilation that causes growth and strength for the whole body.
Rest allows sufficient time for the workers within the cells of the body to evacuate accumulated poison and filth and recuperate with a fresh supply of healthful oxygen and other needed ingredients.
The state of one’s Mental System has much to do with the condition of one’s health, because the mind has the authority to decide the different movements of the body as well as to think either good or evil thoughts.
The various functions of the Mental System can either be developed or allowed to decay according to the use given to them.
By unselfish acts man improves the quality of his mind and thereby enjoys the pure happiness that can only be gotten by good deeds well distributed.
By selfish acts man weakens his mind by authorizing wrong actions that disfigure his facial expression and make known his bad character to everybody who looks at him.
Bad morals cause a diseased mind which precludes a state of good health.
A mind dependent upon immoral thoughts, vulgar stories or obscene pictures for pleasure, reflects a diseased brain whose mental functions are twisted with unhealthy corruption.
A good character, clean conscience, happy disposition and high aims go far towards keeping one healthy, ambitious and thoughtful. Bad morals cause early decay of both mind and muscular system.
Thinking good thoughts develops mental functions for a good moral character. Thinking bad thoughts creates a mental appetite for a bad moral character.
Within Lawson’s copyrighted book MANLIFE it says:
“To keep well and alive, so that you may have the strength to do your duty as GOD expects it to be done, you must throw your full spiritual influence on the side of the constructive MENORGS and see that they are furnished with the right building materials in the shape of food, the ingredients of which are used for building purposes.
“The food from which the MENORGS extract constructive materials is God’s vegetation which is prepared from a generous supply of earthly gases and liquids mixed with and cooked by the heat from the rays of the SUN.
“The food from which the DISORGS destroy living creatures is extracted from destructive materials of the putrid stuff from dead carcasses, or the embalmed vegetable matter from which the life has been drawn for money making purposes.”
So, the reason GOD gave orders that HEALTH MUST COME FIRST IN THE LIFE OF MAN, was because, without physical, mental, moral and spiritual health, no human being can be generated for a higher grade life.
But, when a human being has developed the pureness of physical, mental, moral and spiritual health, he or she is then in a clean condition to enter the presence of GOD ALMIGHTY.
