THE DIRECT CREDITS SOCIETY is a non-political association founded primarily to eliminate pauperism. It is organized to operate perpetually as a safeguard for everybody’s economic interests without interfering with their political. religious or personal inclinations.
 THE PLATFORM of the Direct Credits So­ci­e­ty is based upon the economic plan described in the book, “Direct Credits for Every­body,” by Alfred Lawson, which shows how everybody must stand together economically for self-preservation, whether standing together otherwise or not.
 THE OBJECT of the Direct Credits Society is to secure as large a membership as possi- The Original Benefactor ble, without fees or other obligations, to express their economic convictions collectively through their officers before Congress for the enactment of laws beneficial to everybody.
 THE BASIC PRINCIPLES of the Direct Credits Society are to uphold the American form of Government; to stand for Capitalism with improved finance; to harmonize Ca­pi­tal and Labor; to defend weak children and feeble old folks; to demand square treatment and better living conditions for everybody; to give a higher value to human beings than money.
 THE DIRECT CREDITS SOCIETY has no assets or liabilities No one is authorized to make agreements for this Society either verbally, in writing or otherwise. This society has no agents or representatives.
 THE DIRECT CREDITS SOCIETY has honorary officers who contribute their services
