enough sense to hold onto it.
 The International Financiers who now control most of the property in America and have the American people tied up with an interest bearing indebtedness of over Three Hundred Billion Dollars are getting ready to establish the European form of Dictatorship in this country.
 That sort of a government, I say, is wrong because it denies the people their freedom of speech, their freedom of press, their freedom of assembly, their freedom of religion and every other bit of freedom that the American people now enjoy.
 These International financiers would have canceled the American form of Government and substituted the European form of dictatorship long before now but they could not agree among themselves as to which gang was to rule the people of this exceedingly rich land.
 The Financiers have made a slaughter house of Europe because the people over there permitted them to take away their voice in the management of their own affairs. They deny the people the freedom of speech, the freedom of assembly, the freedom of press, the freedom of religion.
 That flag behind me is the Emblem of righteousness. It stands for the American Form of Government and the freedom of the people.
 I am an American citizen and I intend to uphold the principles for which that flag stands. Furthermore I intend to do everything in my power to make the people of the United States stay free.
 I want to tell some of you old codgers that I am going to fight for the rights of your children whether you do or not.
 One doesn’t have to have lived a hundred years to be an old codger. There are more old gazebos twenty-five and thirty years of age than there are at fifty or one hundred years of age.
 You are just as old as you think and act.
 When you spend your time telling about some old wisecracker that lived several hundred years ago, you are just as old as his old bones are after they have remained embalmed for that length of time.
 If you want to grow young, keep your face front-ways and look into the future. Don’t look backward into the dismal past.
 The framers of the American form of Government looked forward into the future. If they had looked backward we would have made a slaughter house of America as they have done over in Europe.
 We have just as many kinds of animals in this country as they have over there.
 Some of the slickers who sold stock in a manufacturing corporation that I was Pre­si­dent of, told all foreigners to whom they tried to sell stock, that I came from their country.
 I didn’t stop them from doing that because I had no proof that, during the past few thousand years, my ancestors were not inhabitants of all of the different countries on Earth.
