down by positive and negative creatures, it is shown that the soul proving to be the most successful in constructive work in one creature goes to a higher grade of existence in the next creature, and, the soul connected with a creature of a destructive nature goes to a lower grade of existence in the next creature.
 “Therefore it is within the power of the soul to either pass into a higher state of intelligence or go into a lower state of intelligence during each succeeding life.”
 So it behooves each individual to strive for a higher state of intelligence in the next life by constructive effort in this life.
 The Creator rules the universe through a set of unchangeable laws that always were, are now and always will be the same. Through the operation of these constant laws HE is enabled to utilize everything without the loss of any thing, eternally.
 In my book PENETRABILITY it is shown how the utilization of everything without the loss of anything is accomplished.
 It is not hard to understand those things if one will give a little effort toward the study of this most intelligent subject.
 No one should attempt to acquire wealth or make money out of war, because the punishment for such degraded actions wili be in accordance with the degree that one has so practiced.
 It is right to fight for PRINCIPLES but it is wrong to fight for money.
 Fight for freedom, yes, but not for loot.
 It makes one strong to fight for right, but it makes one weak to fight for wrong.
 Do not be afraid to go to war and fight for the rights of weak children. For such unselfish action, death will be an advancement, not a punishment.
 But, at its worst there is less damage done to the human race through warfare than there is through such degraded vices as cigarette smoking and liquor guzzling.
 Cigarette smoking mothers either poison their offspring before they are born or bring them to life in such an unfit condition that they are never able to attain the normal standard of human efficiency. Such weaklings then become petty thieves, prostitutes or slickers in order to eke out some sort of an existence.
 The effect of one’s action today is either punishment or reward tomorrow. No one can escape the maneuverability of God’s Natural Laws.
 So, as it is provable that the body of a human being is composed of various materials that can be dissolved and passed into other formations according to the law of PEN­E­TRA­BIL­I­TY, and:
