and free opportunities for self development. They still have the power to make and execute their own laws.
 They are the only people left on Earth with such powers. The fate of mankind is now in the hands of the people of the New World.
 But the people of the Western Hemi­sphere cannot even retain their own freedom if they continue to follow in the foot prints of Eastern barbarians. They must eliminate the cause that brought the people of the old world to their downfall and degradation. They must start all over again with a clean slate and right principles.
 The New World must inaugurate a new and complete program of its own. The disgraceful program of the International Finan­ciers that ruined the inhabitants of the Eastern Hemisphere must be abrogated before it can entangle the people of the West­ern Hemisphere and put them under the hob-nailed heel of a blood-thirsty dictator.
 The cause of all wars can be definitely traced to the rule of the financiers.
 Wars are started by these Loan Sharks for the purpose of grabbing the wealth controlled by others. So as long as there are financiers, there will always be wars. It is the loot they fight for.
 To stop wars we must first stop Fi­nan­cial­ism.
 To overthrow Financialism, the cause of all wars, poverty and the most of the world’s wickedness, we must ABOLISH INTEREST.
 INTEREST charged by Loan Sharks for the use of money and credit gives them the power to fraudulently absorb everybody’s wealth and rightful earnings and thereby keep the people in perpetual bondage and slavery.
 So we must get rid of FINANCIALISM as quickly as possible as the first step toward the upliftment of humanity toward GOD and the retention of such freedom as we now enjoy through the AMERICAN FORM OF GOVERNMENT.
 The second step to be taken is to present the people with a complete program that will afford Justice for Everybody and harm nobody.
 The third step to be taken is to strengthen the people of the New World, physically, mentally and morally to such a high standard of efficiency that they will be able to defend themselves and their unselfish principles against the wealth-mad gluttons of the Old World.
 Before starting the three steps necessary to assure freedom and justice for everybody, we must have a complete plan of procedure before us, so that everybody will become acquainted with the principles involved and what each and every one of us are expected to do.
 Such a plan must be published in full, in plain language, without ambiguities, or any mysterious bunk connected therewith to fool the people.
 The people of the world are now stampeding as anarchists, each one for himself and the financier whipping the whole of them.
