 As one thinks so one’s habits grow. A trifling immoral thought started in the mind grows like a weed in the brain—at first a temptation and then a fixed habit—spreading forth disease it overpowers the conscience and finally controls the mind. As it grows it builds rotten machinery in the brain and little by little crowds out every symptom of good character that remains.
 Association with immoral people is as dangerous for those with good morals as contact of healthy bodies is with people with smallpox, or venereal disease. The germs of immorality are as penetrating and poisonous as are the germs of physical diseases.
 A mind dependant upon immoral thoughts, vulgar stories, or obscene pictures for pleasure reflects a brain whose twisted roots are soaked with mental corruption.
 The MENORGS endeavor to instill into man the power to reason and act according to natural laws. To do that he must be able to control his own senses and develop a mind and body for useful work instead of for ludicrous pleasures.
 The use of drugs, strong beverages, tobaccos and candies were all swallowed by the ancients and such things as night clubs, licentiousness, obscenity, brutality, cheating, foul language, gluttony and misrepresentation are all old-fashioned practices that were indulged in by the weakest of our forefathers. Therefore it is about time that we abolish such idiosyncrasies and adopt ha­bits that will strengthen our bodies and minds and develop moral and spiritual magnitude within ourselves.
 Many years ago this writer realized that he was born to improve mankind. So to fulfill this mission he developed the most far reaching program ever offered to the human race. It is a program based entirely upon provable Natural Laws and if adopted will give Justice to Everybody that will Harm Nobody.
 During the year of 1931, when 20,­000,­000 men were thrown out of work and anarchy prevailed, this writer started the first department of this program by organizing the Direct Credits Society and proving to the people by facts and figures just why, in this productive land, they were forced to go hungry without jobs.
 He then introduced to his most intelligent followers with unselfish inclinations the great principles of LAWSONOMY that not only feeds the human cells physically but also feeds and expands them mentally.
 The Direct Credits Society now demands that its appointed officers give up all vices, follies and falsities in order to set a good example for others to follow as we cannot trust our instructors to mislead the people by false teachings. So they must either be true to our principles or give up their officership.
