CHAPTER 1

EXISTENCE

There exists now, always did exist and always will exist an indeterminate stretch called SPACE.

Space extends everywhere. It has no walls, no base, no ceiling, no boundaries of any nature whatsoever.

Thus, having no boundaries, Space cannot be measured and is beyond size.

So, if Space cannot be measured and is beyond size, it can have no center.

If Space extends everywhere without size, it can have neither inside nor outside and can be neither large nor small.

So, if Space is neither large nor small without inside or outside and cannot be measured there can be no curves or corners to it. Such things as circles, squares, cubes, planes, triangles or mathematical calculations in no way describe it.

If Space extends everywhere, it is immovable because of nowhere to move.

If Space has always existed and will forever exist then it could have had no beginning nor can it have an end.

If Space had no beginning nor can have an end then there can be no such condition as Time in connection with Space.

By careful consideration of these facts one must realize that Space is infinite and all embracing without latitude or longitude, or shape of any description.

BUT, although Space extends everywhere, cannot be measured and is immovable it, nevertheless, has contents that can be measured and are movable.

The contents of Space are made up of matter.

Space without matter is vacancy toward which matter falls.

So matter is kept falling somewhere in Space perpetually.

Falling matter causes Pressure.

But, when matter falls it leaves a vacancy toward which other matter falls and such vacancy causes Suction.

Therefore, matter is continuously pulled and pushed about Space by Suction and Pressure.

Continuous pulling and pushing of matter about in Space by Suction and Pressure causes a difference in density.

A difference in density causes PENETRABILITY.

Penetrability causes one substance to pass through another substance.

Without Penetrability there could be no movement of matter.

So matter as it is churned about in Space by Suction and Pressure separates into different densities of contracting and expanding variability that causes constructiveness and destructiveness.

Constructiveness is caused by Suction and destructiveness is caused by Pressure.

So there exists a continuous building up of particles of matter into various forms by the power of Suction and tearing them down again by the power of Pressure.

Therefore, matter everywhere is in an everlasting state of integration and disintegration caused by putting particles together and tearing them apart again.

Suction is the builder of material things and Pressure is the wrecker of them.

As matter is used to build instruments which harness intelligence that causes consciousness and organic life in various forms, it is necessary to restate parts of the physical manifestation of volume one in order to describe the mental manifestation of volume two.
