The human race originated religion unnumbered years ago. It started with a desire to learn if a physical body had a future life beyond its death and disintegration.

There had to be a forerunner and some human being, unknown to present records, put forth a claim that the Soul of man lived forever. It may have been an inspiration from GOD.

Just how many times the earth rolled around the sun before the next forerunner of progress came forth with a proclamation that there lived a GOD, that exercised authority over all Souls within a place called Heaven, no human creature may ever know.

That early proclamation may also have been inspired by GOD.

Thus, religion began so far back during the life of man that its human forerunners have been forgotten.

Man forgets his BENEFACTOR: GOD remembers everything.

Therefore religion was founded upon a human belief that man was created with a spiritual Soul that lives after his physical body dies and its ingredients have passed into other physical formations.

Religion has been adopted by many different grades of human creatures to symbolize their various beliefs in a Supreme Being who exercises authority over the operation of both life and death of man.

The different forms of belief in a Supreme Being are as numerous and changeable as the changeability of physical matter, and are invariably based upon the physical wants of the individual.

Very few human beings will live according to their professed religion unless it meets with their physical needs or notions.

As the Creator permits the child to grow up through knowledge and experience, so HE permits the human race to grow up religiously by gradual steps of knowledge and experience until eventually their Souls are ready for graduating into a higher sphere of activity.

The Physical Manifestation of life is that part pertaining to matter and the movement thereof.

The Mental Manifestation of life is that part that develops consciousness through the organization and utilization of material things.

The Moral Manifestation of life is that part that develops character and produces unselfish and kindly qualities between living creatures.

The Spiritual Manifestation of life is that part that directs creative planning and leads toward purification of purpose.

Therefore it is understood that MATTER is changeable. MENTALITY is transitory. MORALITY is progressive, SPIRITUALITY is permanent.
