The children used to play with a little hand maneuvered tool that they called a Jumping Jack. It was made in the image of a man and whenever they pulled the strings it would jump. Pieces of wood were connected by springs and hinges and the effigy of man was made to flop around and act as gro­tesquely as he does in his natural state.
 The financiers apparently consider that wooden tool a good representation of a man The Original Benefactor for they have adopted a phantasmagoria whereby, when they pull the strings, men Jump like Jacks.
 They may not make men jump so idiotically physically, but they certainly make them Jump to the limit mentally and morally. Nobody can move these days unless the financier pulls the strings.
 Now don’t get mad at yourself when I say these things as madness is the end of usefulness. Just investigate and see if what I am telling you is true or not. You cannot change bad conditions by breeding hate in yourself and poisoning your mental system with putrid fumes but you can make matters better
